- Periodic reporting but no required frequency

2. WAC
- List price a wholesaler pays a manufacturer
- Does not include discounts that affect net price
- Not defined in federal law and is determined by the manufacturer
- Often used by Medicaid to reimburse providers for outpatient drugs
