The Patentee’s Guide to Reporting has been updated

The Patentee´s Guide to Reporting is a reference document to assist patentees in completing their filing requirements. It explains each element of information to be reported as well how and when the information is to be filed to the PMPRB. The Guide is updated from time to time to clarify reporting requirements.
